What types of homes and sites are available?

We offer a variety of manufactured homes available for both sale and rent. In addition, we have RV sites with full sewer hookups, water, and electrical service, available in a range of sizes. We also have the ability to order a specific home to meet your needs through our dealer.

How do I apply for a home at Hillcrest?

To apply for a home, please visit our Contact page and fill out the inquiry form. You can also give the Office a call at 507-568-0275. We will follow up with you on the next steps and available listings.

What community amenities are offered?

Our Community offers several great amenities, including a newly renovated storm shelter with a fitness area and space for gatherings and parties. This spring, we’ll be adding a pavilion, and we also hope to add a playground in the future for families to enjoy.
